This plant is a very rare find. This Anubias is a hybrid miniature nana. It only desires low light, it's hardy and easy to develop and grow.

Each plant is less than the dimensions of a 50 cent piece full size!! The Nana Petite is ideally appropriate for miniature aquascapes for tiny aquariums that may be used inside the smallest of locations and is a first-class foreground plant. Anubias barteri var. nana 'petite' is an exciting new addition to the aquarium plant exchange.

Anubias nana petite attaches to timber or rocks just like the other forms of Anubias however takes up less area.

This plant is very appropriate to accentuate the middleground of a nano or a small aquascape. Put far away to the front in larger tanks. Like every other Anubias species it could be planted in the ground, but, make sure you do not cover the rhizome with substrate to prevent it from rot. "Petite-Nana" will attach its roots to rocks or driftwood to which it may be fixed with a nylon thread, or it may certainly be placed between stones.
