A lovely and beautiful plant which forms many side shoots over time and thus quickly becomes bushy.
Growth is intensive in the presence of bright light...the plant must be pruned before it becomes so thick that no light reaches the lower leaves. Water roots often form at the stem. In open aquariums, it produces small blue flowers if some shoots are allowed to spread throughout the surface.
