Like the name suggests, this plant resembles the top of a pineapple.

Dracaena compacta is most regularly used as a landscape plant or in terrariums. Dracaena compacta has been used also as an aquarium plant likewise due to its capacity to be submerged for short periods of time.

Pineapple Plant as it is more commonly known should just be submerged for periods of up to a month and then grown immersed to regenerate. Dracaena compacta would be a good choice for topping betta bowls.
