A beautiful and rare foliose moss referred to as Pearl moss due to its high-quality spherical leaflets. It resembles our native Plagiomnium affine, but it has not been recognized yet. Under water it grows slower, forming upright shoots. Medium light and a good CO2 and nutrient supply are recommendable. This moss can be cultivated emerged on moist substrate, provided that the humidity is high.
