Aponogeton capuronii is an aquatic bulb plant native to the island state of Madagascar alongside a number of different Aponogetons used in the Aquarium plant market. Aponogeton capuronii is a terrific aquarium plant to be the centerpiece in a planted aquarium, showing green leaves which have undulating margins. Aponogeton capuronii is similar in look to Aponogeton ulvaceous, but smaller. Aponogeton capuronii, like other bulb flora, will sometimes become dormant to the bulb stage of the plant.

Simply be patient and the new leaves will begin to sprout. Occasionally it's far beneficial to take the bulb out of the aquarium for a resting period and keep it stored in moist sand till leaves start to sprout. Then plant the Aponogeton bulb returned into the aquarium.
